J & J Training Services Ltd is an established training provider based in Forfar, Angus, specialising in RTITB and IPAF accredited training. We provide practical, professional training for individuals and businesses, with courses designed to develop safe, confident and competent operators. Our training is delivered by experienced instructors with practical industry knowledge of the equipment and sectors we train in. This allows us to combine recognised training standards with real-world operating experience.

Our Training Centre

Our purpose-built training centre is located at Orchardbank Industrial Estate in Forfar.

The facility has been designed to provide candidates with a professional and realistic environment in which to learn and develop their skills.

This allows us to provide both classroom-based theory and practical training within the same facility.

Accredited Training

We are an RTITB and IPAF accredited training provider. Our courses are delivered in accordance with the relevant training standards and are designed to give candidates the knowledge, practical skills and understanding required to operate equipment safely and responsibly. We provide training across a range of areas including forklift trucks, access equipment, instructor training, vehicle banksman training and other workplace training.

Practical Training That Reflects the Workplace

We believe good training should be practical as well as informative. Our training environment allows candidates to practise the types of manoeuvres and tasks they are likely to encounter in the workplace, including load handling, stacking, de-stacking, manoeuvring and working with racking systems. Training is adapted to the course being delivered and the experience level of the candidate, whether they are completely new to the equipment, an existing operator or attending refresher training.
